Balkan A returned to winning ways in the West region of BBL A group after success against the last in the ranking and without a win so far team of Voltron with 98:68. The match was played in Triaditsa Hall in Sofia, with the guests dominating almost all indicators and scoring twice as many three-pointers – 14, 7 of which Mikhail Gavazov.
The match started very contested, but at the end of the first part, Miroslav Ralchev's basketball players made a strong run and pulled away with 36:22. The match continued relatively evenly, and at the break they were ahead with 55:33 after 22 points on Mikhail Gavazov. After the break, the Balkans increased their lead and maintained a comfortable margin of 25-30 points until the end.
It was the most effective for success Mikhail Gavazov with 27 points in less than 17 minutes on the floor. Stefan Mihailov scored 15 points. Ivo Korestilov is with 13 and 9 rebounds, a Hrisimir Marinov add 12.
For the capital team Stoyan Kainarov topped everyone with 25 points and 9 rebounds. Boris Voikov has 14 points and 8 rebounds, and scored 12 points Vasil Kostov.

Voltron vs Balkan A – basketball match from the regular season of the BBL A Group West.
BULGARIAN BASKETBALL LEAGUE (BBL) is a national basketball league established in 2016. FROM 2020. In recent years, the League has become one of the largest team championships in Bulgaria.
BBL A group, and from 2022 and B group are included as official state championships to the Bulgarian Basketball Federation. Thus, basketball in Bulgaria acquired a complete pyramidal structure. The league is structured and takes place on a regional tournament basis in four regions - West, South, East and Center.
